How to Create Agreements

  1. Click Org Tools > Agreements.

  2. Click + Add Agreement.

  3. Fill out the form as requested.

    • Before saving the document, ensure it is complete and error-free. Edits to the agreement create a new version and force members to re-agree.

  4. Click Save.

After creating the agreement(s), select which ones apply to each class, registration, and booking as desired.

How to Update an Agreement

  1. Click Org Tools > Agreements.

  2. Locate the desired agreement.

  3. Under Actions, click the pencil icon.

  4. Make the desired updates and click Save.

    • Updating an agreement creates a new version and will force members to re-agree.

  5. Click Save to confirm the changes.
