Annual Agreements Best Practices

If your club or organization doesn't complete registration annually, but members must complete agreements annually, we recommend the following steps:

  1. Create or clone/copy a registration.

    • We suggest including the agreement year in the title.

    • Make sure to include the agreement(s) that must be signed.

  2. When finished, you can:

    • Make it current and share this with members to register, or

    • Register on behalf of the member.

  3. If you choose to register a member on their behalf, a red exclamation icon notifies them to sign the agreement. They can do so by following the steps below:

How to Register on Behalf of the Member

  1. Click Org Tools > Registration Admin in the side menu.

  2. Locate the desired registration and click Manage.

  3. A new window opens with the registrants.

  4. Click the Not Registered tab.

  5. Check the member(s) box(es) you'd like to register.

    • You can narrow the search by using the filters.

  6. Click Set as Registered.

  7. Click Select.

  8. A new window opens to select the registration group.

  9. Select the desired group and click Register the Member to the Selected Group.

  10. When finished, click Save Changes.

  11. Approve and assign members to groups as needed.
