These steps will ensure you seamlessly clone your registration system without errors and do not accidentally open up last season's registration.
Click Org or Team Tools > Registration Admin in the side menu.
Click the title of the registration to clone.
Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes to a New Registration (Clone).
Navigate to the registration list and locate the cloned registration.
Click the cloned registration title and update the information for the new year, including the Registration Title, Short Title, and Dates.
Click Save Changes.
By the cloned registration, click Manage.
If you see no registrants, close the tab/window and proceed to step 8.
If you see registrants, you likely click the incorrect Manage button. Make sure to click Manage by the registration you changed.
If you are ready to activate the new registration, check the box by it and click Set as CURRENT.
