To ensure your organization's billing setup is correct, follow the steps below:

  1. Set up or review the organization's billing preferences.

  2. Adjust the billing notifications settings.

  3. Confirm the registration fees are set up correctly.

    • The example below includes fees charged on the registration, with the option to pay either the annual or monthly fee.

    • Include the fee either in the registration or post-registration billing setup, as including the fee on both will cause double billing. Click Business Tools > Group Billing Admin > Fee Schedule to ensure the Billing Group Details display No Charge for the annual fee if included in the registration.
