To ensure your organization's billing setup is correct, follow the steps below:
Set up or review the organization's billing preferences.
Adjust the billing notifications settings.
Review your group billing settings.
Confirm the registration fees are set up correctly.
The example below includes fees charged on the registration, with the option to pay either the annual or monthly fee.
Include the fee either in the registration or post-registration billing setup, as including the fee on both will cause double billing. Click Business Tools > Group Billing Admin > Fee Schedule to ensure the Billing Group Details display No Charge for the annual fee if included in the registration.
