How to Set Up Billing Notifications

Billing notifications can be set up to remind users of the following activity:

  • Scheduled or Manual Charges

  • Scheduled or Manual Payments

  • Credits and Refunds

  • Late fees

  • Overdue charges

  • CC expiration date approaching

How to Set Up Billing Notifications

  1. Click Business Tools > Billing Manager in the left-hand navigation panel.

  2. On the top right-hand side of the page, click the Billing Setup button.

  3. Click Notifications.

  4. Check the box(es) of the desired notification(s) to be sent.

    • For upcoming scheduled charges, enter the days the notification should be sent before the charge.

    • Under Send Notification Emails To, if Only the Following Accounts is selected, enter the name or email and select the user.

  5. When finished, click Save.
