Best Practices for Creating a Class for Camps
The class title should include the date range and the camp's name (ex., Summer Camp: May 1st - May 7th).
If your camp has a "Theme Week," include it in the class title.
A great way to sort classes and help parents find what they want is to create Programs and Sub-Programs. Including "Camps" in the Program or Sub-Program also helps direct new members!
Program: Camps
Sub-Program: Summer Camp
For Week-Long Camps, use a different slot to distinguish between morning and afternoon camp. If there is a full-day camp option, please create that as a new class.
Best Practices for Creating a Class for Tryouts
For tryout registrations, it is recommended to skip the Discounts tab.
If your tryout is free, do not add a payment plan item after the plan is created and named.
Once tryouts are complete, admins can assign member registrations to their team or have the members register for their assigned team.
How to Move Member Registrations
In the left-hand navigation, click Classes > Class Admin.
Find the desired class and click the Gear icon > Registrations.
If the tryout dates have ended, check Past Classes.
Select the desired class registration to move. In the Actions column, click Move Class.
Complete the template with the required information. When complete, click Save Registrations.
How to Allow the User to Register for the Assigned Team
In the left-hand navigation, click Classes > Class Admin.
Find the desired team and click the gear icon.
In the bottom left of the window, click Go to Class Reg Inventory.
Copy the URL from this page to send to the desired user.
