How to Manually Register Students for Classes

Permissions are required to manually register students for classes. Click here to learn how to view your permissions.

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Classes > Class Admin.

  2. Click the class name in which you want to register athletes.

  3. Click Add New Registrations.

  4. To the right of the member(s) name(s), click Add.

    • If a new member or account must be created, view the steps here.

  5. After adding the athletes, at the bottom, click Select.

  6. The next screen allows you to:

    • Assign athletes to Reg Slots (click its dropdown)

      • If the instructor has a conflict, a warning icon displays in the slot. Change the instructor or edit the class times to fix it.

    • Select Payment Plan (click its dropdown)

    • Apply a Coupon (click its dropdown)

    • Waive fees (click by a fee)

    • Choose a Payment Type (click its dropdown)

    • Email Receipt (uncheck for no email receipt)

    • Add more classes

  7. You may also apply actions to multiple athletes at once.

    • Check the boxes by one or more names. (Click next to Member name to select every one)

    • Click the dropdowns and update button at the top to apply those actions to all the selected athletes.

    • After selecting a Reg Slot, Payment Type, Payment Plan, and/or Coupon, and email receipt, click Update to the dropdown's right.

  8. Once you have resolved or overridden all warnings noted in that column, click Save Registrations.

  9. Click OK to confirm.

To Register Existing Member/Account Holders:

  1. Search for members or sort by Member, Age, Sex, or Account.

  2. To the right of the athlete, click ADD.

To Create a New Account and Member:

  1. In the lower-left, click + New Account.

  2. Fill in their information.

  3. Click Save.

  4. Fill in the member information.

  5. If they have more than one member, click Save & Create Another and fill in the next member.

  6. Once you have added the final member, click Save.

  7. Click OK to confirm.

To Create an Athlete Within an Existing Account:

  1. In the lower-left, click + New Member

  2. On the right, click Find.

  3. Either enter the desired name and click Find or Select by the desired name.

  4. Fill in the member information.

  5. If they have more than one member, click Save & Create Another and fill in the next member.

  6. Once you have added the final member, click Save.

  7. Click OK to confirm.
