Permissions are required to view SE Payments transactions. Click here to learn how to view your permissions.
Click Business Tools > SE Payments > SE Payments Transactions from the left navigation menu.
From here:
Select a starting and ending date range. The default is the last 30 days.
Filter by invoice Status (Succeeded, Failed, Pending) and Type:
Monthly Fee - SE Payments usage fee.
Class - Payments made through the Classes system.
Gateway Charge - Fee assessed to cover gateway usage and any CC Fees when electronic processing is used.
Transaction Fee - electronic payments transaction fee.
Fundraising - Fundraising donations.
Dispute Fee - Fee assessed for processing related to extraction of payment for a filed dispute (chargeback).
Refund Fee - Fee assessed or not returned when completing a refund through the gateway.
Registration - Payments made through the Competitive Registration system.
Point of Sale - Payments made through the Point of Sale system.
Dispute - Payments or debits associated with a completed dispute.
A payment is a won dispute, and a debit is for a lost dispute.
OnDemand - Payments made on-demand by admins or users.
Gateway Refund - Fees refunded directly through the gateway/payment processing tools.
Other — Auto payments made through monthly invoicing or payments that do not fit into the categories above.
Search for any term, from a name to an amount.
Select which columns to view on the screen.
Export the currently displayed data set to an Excel Spreadsheet. It always includes all columns.
Click a column header to sort by that column. Click again to sort in descending order.
Click anywhere in a row to view that transaction.
