How to Use a Preferred Name in the Athlete's Profile

NOTE: OnDeck uses the Preferred Name field from SwimOffice for the first name. Edit the Preferred Name field to change what is visible in OnDeck.

SD3 and SDIF files for Meet Manager include the athlete's preferred name.

How to Generate an SDIF Roster File for Meet Manager

  1. Click Org Tools > Members.

  2. Check the box(es) of the member(s) to export.

  3. Click Export.

  4. Click Export SDIF.

  5. Select the age up to date.

  6. Click Generate.

    • The file will download automatically.

How to Generate an SD3 Meet Entries File for Meet Manager

  1. Click Events & Competition > Team Events.

  2. Click Edit Commitment.

  3. Click the Committed Athletes tab.

  4. Click Generate Entry Files and click OK to confirm.

  5. To generate a meet entry fees report to submit to the meet host, click the desired link under Meet Entry Fees Report to the Hosting Team.

  6. To generate the fees for only one Roster Group, Billing Group, or Location, select the appropriate option under Generate Meet Entry Fees Batch section.

    • Select from the dropdown that appears.

  7. If desired, enter Notes saved with the batch and only visible to SuperUser and full access Financial Admins who will process the batch.

  8. Click Generate Entry Fees Batch NOW and OK to confirm.

    • This generates a fees batch, which displays on the Meet Entry Fees screen. Be sure to review for accuracy.

    • The Billing Administrator will be notified that the meet entry batch was generated.
