Access our help resources on the bottom left-hand side of the screen by clicking the Need Help? button. To access our library of help articles, click here.

The Help tab has task-specific Walk-throughs that provide easy on-screen instructions for the selected task. Click Need Help? > Walk-Throughs and use the search or browse the sections to find the Walk-Through you need to get the job done.

Additionally, use the search bar to find help articles from our library.

Click Need Help? > Other Resources to navigate to our support site.

The Academy is a series of training modules that cover an entire area of the system rather than a single task. Using on-screen walk-throughs and videos, whether you're a new admin or an experienced user needing to refresh your knowledge, you can access comprehensive training on the system at all times. Click Need Help? > Academy to view the modules.

Training Studio is our library of video tutorials. Use the categories to browse and locate the desired video tutorials.

The Newsfeed tab has platform updates, release notes, and community posts all in one place! Access it by clicking Need Help? > Newsfeed tab.
