How to Use Org Resources Pages

Permissions are required to manage the org resources page. Click here to learn how to view your permissions.

The Org Resources Pages are designed for three things:

  • Provide private pages for non-admins to access that are not in the site navigation.

  • Provide private pages that only admins can access.

  • Supply content for use on front-end pages accessible to the general public.

How to Add/Edit an Org Resource Page

  1. Click Org Resources > Manage Org Resources in the side menu.

  2. Click + New Page, or click the title of an existing page.

  3. Fill in the fields as desired.

    • Show in Org Resources: When set to YES, a red R will show beside the page, indicating it will be listed under Org Resources > Resources for non-admins.

    • Save this page as draft: Hides the page from non-admins when set to YES. Set to NO to publish it.

    • Non-Admin account that can Edit: Click to select non-admins whom you want to be able to edit the content of the page.

    • Page Content: Fill in the desired Page Content you want to include.

  4. When finished, click Save.

How to Share a Link to an Org Resource Page

  1. Click Org Resources > Manage Org Resources in the side menu.

  2. Click the desired page name.

  3. In the upper right, click Pages Links.

  4. If you see the warning, "This page must be shown in Team Resources!" click Enable.

  5. To share a link that people must log in to view, click the Copy button next to the Private Link field.

  6. To share a link anyone can view, set the Public Link as YES if needed, then click the Copy button beside the Public Link field.

  7. Paste the link you copied into an email, on social media, etc., as desired.

How to Add an Org Resource Page to a Custom Web Page

  1. In the side menu, click Website Design.

  2. Click the Site Navigation overlay.

  3. Click + Add Tab. or click + in an existing page row to add a sub-tab below it.

  4. Fill in the fields.

  5. Click the Select Page dropdown and select an existing Org Resource page, or click + Add New Page, fill in the fields, and click Save.

  6. When finished, click Save.
