Click the Contact Us link.
Click Send us a message.
Via the chatbox, enter your question or concern.
Schedule a Call with a Support Rep
Click Need Help? > Contact Us.
Under Schedule a Support Call click Find a Time.
Click the Support Call option you'd like.
Select a day from the calendar.
Select a time.
NOTE: Our Customer Success Team is based/located in the US/UK and subscribes to a US Bank Holiday Schedule. These hours may change due to company holidays and/or company meetings.
Monday-Friday: 8 AM to 7 PM CST (2 PM to 1 AM GMT)
Saturday: 8 AM to 4 PM CST (3 PM to 12 AM GMT)
Please contact an org admin with your questions. To do this, in the side menu click Help & Training > Contact My Organization. They can answer most questions, but if they cannot the admin will contact us on your behalf and get back to you.
