NOTE: A refund does not automatically remove the member. If necessary, manually remove the registration.
Payments made 180 days ago or longer cannot be refunded electronically. To refund this transaction, manually issue the account a check.
In the side menu, click Org Tools > Registration Admin.
Locate the desired registration and click Manage.
Search for the desired member.
Click Refund.
Enter the refund amount.
If applicable, enter the check number.
Click Refund Now.
