NOTE: A refund does not automatically remove the member. If necessary, manually remove the registration.
Payments made 180 days ago or longer cannot be refunded electronically. To refund this transaction, manually issue a check to the account.
In the side menu, click Org Tools > Registration Admin.
Locate the desired registration and click Manage.
Search for the desired member.
Click Refund.
Enter the refund amount.
If applicable, enter the check number.
Click Refund Now.
