Fundraising Obligations Overview

NOTE: Your team must have this functionality enabled. Please contact support to turn this on.

Obligation & Payment

This page offers an overview of each account, including its status, obligations, and balances.

  1. Navigate to Business Tools > Fundraising Obligations.

  2. Click the Obligation & Payment tab.

  3. Use the filters at the top of the page, click Search to view a specific account, or click Display All to view all accounts.

  4. Check the box(es) of the desired account(s) to:

    • Reset the billing obligations by clicking Multi-Reset Billing Period Obligation. Enter the desired balance and click Save Changes for All Accounts Listed Now.

    • Send a message by checking the box(es) of the desired account(s) and clicking Email. Compose the message and, when finished, click Email Now.

    • Multi-reset the balance by clicking Multi-Reset Balance. Enter the desired balance and click Save Changes for All Accounts Listed Now.

  5. To export the data, click Export to Excel.

Fundraising System Setup

Use this tab to determine how to bill accounts for fundraising obligations.

  1. Navigate to Business Tools > Fundraising Obligations.

  2. Click the Fundraising System Setup.

  3. Fill out your fundraising preferences.

  4. Click Save Changes.

Fundraising Categories

  1. Navigate to Business Tools > Fundraising Obligations.

  2. Click the Fundraising Categories tab.

  3. To add a new category, click Add New. Fill out the desired information.

  4. To edit a category, click the category's title. Make the desired changes.

  5. Click Save Changes.

  6. To delete a category, check the box(es) and click Delete > OK.
