Open up the Mobile app and sign in.

Scroll to the My Upcoming Sessions widget and tap View All.

Using the calendar navigation, locate the desired class or booking.

Check the booking or appointment box.

Tap Message to Instructor.

Select the Message Type and tap Create Message.

Enter the desired message.

Tap Send.
