How to Add a Credit

  1. From the left navigation menu, tap Membership > Billing Manager.

  2. Find the account you would like to add a credit to. You can search first name, last name, or a combination of both.

  3. Tap on the name to go to the individual ledger or tap on the actions icon.

  4. Tap + Credit.

  5. Enter a title, amount, reason, charge category, and note (optional).

    • If there are outstanding charges, you can apply the credit to all or part of the charge(s).

    • If you want to restrict the credit to specific charge categories, tap Restrict Credit to Charge Category and select the Charge Categories from the drop-down.

  6. Tap Create Credit.

How to Add a Credit In Bulk

  1. From the left navigation menu, tap Memberships > Billing Manager.

  2. Select the accounts you'd like to add the bulk credit to.

  3. From the lower right corner, tap Bulk Actions > Bulk Post Credits.

  4. Enter a title, amount, description, and reason.

  5. Select if these credits should apply to outstanding charges (recommended).

  6. When satisfied, tap Post Credits.
