How to Edit a Paid/Approve Donation

You must have Admin Level - SuperUser access to edit/approve a donation.

  1. Click Business Tools > Event Fundraising Admin from the left navigation menu.

  2. Click the Results tab.

  3. Click the desired donation name.

  4. From this page, you will be able to:

    • Assign a donation to a different member.

    • Split an existing donation.

    • Edit the following information:

      • Donor Email

      • Donor Comment

      • Donation public/private preferences

      • Payment Method

      • Donor Billing information

    • Delete (Refund) a donation

  5. Click Save Changes when finished.
