You must have Admin Level - Webmaster access to reimport .ev3 files.
We obtained an updated events file for an upcoming meet. What happens if we reimport it into the meet? Will our athletes retain their event commitments?
Your athletes will retain their day/session commitments, but unfortunately, reimporting the ev3 file will erase all event commitments. So you will need to:
Navigate to Events & Competition > Team Events.
Click Edit Commitment next to the meet.
Click Committed Athletes.
Under Report, click Entry Report.
Under Sorting, choose "Athlete Name" and select the two-column format.
Click Generate Report Now > OK to keep track of the event commitments.
Edit the meet and import the new entry file.
QuickEntries to re-enter the athletes' events based on the Entry Report.
