How to Create a Record of Top Times from Team Records

You must have Admin Level - Webmaster access to create a record of top times from team records.

The Team Records page allows you to create records and populate top times using your own criteria.

Manually add the best times to a new/existing Meet Results file, generate the top times' report, and use the Snapshot & Overwrite a Record option to update the team records. Do not publish top individual times to the record by clicking Add New unless you want to wipe out the manually entered times.

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Website Design.

  2. Click the page with the Team Records in the top navigation menu.

  3. To the left side of Pick a Record, click New.

  4. Fill in the information and click Save Changes. Click OK to confirm.

  5. Click Events & Competition > Time Reports > Top Times by Events from the left navigation menu.

  6. Fill in the various fields and click Report Now.

  7. Click OK to confirm.

  8. On Snapshot & Overwrite a Record option, select the team record.

  9. The record has now been updated.
