How to Set Up Team Records

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Website Design.

  2. If the record page does not exist, click Site Navigation > Add Tab. Under Tab Content, select Record Swims and click Save. Click Close.

  3. Click the "Records Page."

  4. Click New.

  5. Enter the new record information.

  6. When finished, click Save Changes.

If you manually create an individual record under a team record, it can be lost if you override it with the Top Times report. To avoid that, follow the steps below:

  1. Create an account and call it "Past Members."

  2. Under this account, create all past members.

  3. Manually create the times for the past members.

  4. Set the account status to Cancelled/Hidden.

  5. When generating the Top Times Reports, under Status, select All.

    • The report will include all athletes regardless of their account status.

Use the steps above to save records of swimmers no longer with the team.
