You must have Admin Level - Email/Print/Calendar access to show athlete's top times by event.
To run a top times report for all times, regardless of whether the athletes swam on your team or are designated as unattached do the following:
Click Events & Competition > Time Reports from the left navigation menu.
Click Top Times by Events
Select your appropriate filters to generate the data needed
Under the Member Filter section check the Match ID# Only box.
Click Report Now!
