How to Find the Improvement Percentage with the Improvement Report
Updated over a week ago

You must have Admin Level - Email/Print/Calendar access to find the improvement percentage.

First, access the Improvement Report to find out if an athlete has improved since the first time they swam a distance/stroke.

  1. From the left navigation menu, click Events & Competition > Time Reports.

  2. Click the Improvements (using Age Groups defined above) report.

Then, do the following:

  1. Select the Meet you want to see if an athlete has improved.

  2. Since Date - Select the date for the system to start looking for the FIRST time they swam the distance/stroke (not the fastest, just the first).

  3. Member - Filters - Select the filters you must apply. Leave as -ALL- if all athletes, but pay attention to Status.

  4. Show Improvements - Choose Seasonal Best vs Baseline, which means it will choose the stroke/distance from the selected meet as the Seasonal Best.

  5. Baseline - Select Use [Earliest Time] on or after [Since Date], and this means the baseline will be the first time they swam that distance/stroke after the since date.

  6. Output Format - HTML will show whether everyone on the screen has improved. We suggest choosing PDF 3x10 when you are ready to generate labels.

  7. Report Now! This will generate the report based on your parameters.
