First, access the Improvement Report to learn if an athlete has improved since the first time they swam a distance/stroke.

  1. Click Events & Competition > Time Reports from the left navigation menu.

  2. Click the Improvements (using Age Groups defined above) report.

Then, do the following:

  1. Select the Meet you want to see if an athlete has improved.

  2. Since Date - Select the date for the system to start looking for the FIRST time they swam the distance/stroke (not the fastest, just the first).

  3. Member Filter - Select the filters you must apply. Leave as -ALL- if all athletes, but pay attention to Status.

  4. Show Improvement - Choose Seasonal Best vs. Baseline, which means it will choose the stroke/distance from the selected meet as the Seasonal Best.

  5. Baseline - Select Use [Earliest Time] on or after [Since Date], which means the baseline will be the first time they swam that distance/stroke after the since date.

  6. Output Format - HTML will show whether everyone on the screen has improved. We suggest choosing PDF 3x10 when you are ready to generate labels.

  7. Report Now! This will generate the report based on your parameters.
