For security purposes, the person going through the process must be a valid non-athlete member of USA Swimming and know the club portal password. You cannot log in if you are registered as an athlete with USAS. Ensure you have a user account on the USA Swimming website and that your account is linked to your USA Swimming membership record.
Click Org Tools > USA Swimming Registration from the left navigation menu.
Click Connect USA Swimming Roster Now.
Follow their instructions to activate and add the vendor.
