To send a USAS Registration invitation to members who are not rostered or have expiring USAS Memberships:
Click Org Tools > USA Swimming Registration from the left navigation panel.
Use the filters to select the USAS Registration Status, Invitation Status, and Registration Requirements.
In the upper left corner, click Send USAS Registration Invitation.
To preview the email sent, click Communicate > USAS Registration Invitation.
Click Send.
Members will receive an email with instructions on how to obtain their memberships. Once obtained, the membership will filter back to the individual automatically.
