YMCA: Getting Started - Registration Portal

Welcome to the new YMCA Competitive Swimming and Diving Registration Portal! At the bottom of the side menu bar, the YMCA Admin section is integrated into your site. The new YMCA Registration Portal is used to submit coach and team registrations and meet sanction requests.

How to Find and Access Your YMCA

  1. To find your YMCA, navigate to either the YMCA National or Regional sites.

  2. Click Coaches > Annual Registration Page.

  3. Search for the YMCA by entering the Association # or Team Name and State.

  4. Click Search.

  5. Locate the Team Name and click Select.

Customer Access

  1. Information about the registration process is displayed. The team administrator must create an account on your team’s website if you have never logged in.

    • Contact the Team Administrator to create a login if you do not have one.

  2. Click the Continue to my team’s website button. If not logged in, click Yes I have a login or No I do not have a login to continue.

  3. After logging in, the YMCA Registration Portal homepage opens.

  4. Continue registering yourself or someone else as a coach, register the team, or submit a meet-sanction request.

How to Create Your YMCA Login

If clicked Yes I have a login in the previous step, skip this step.

  1. To create a login, enter an email address, first name, and last name. Enter the same email address used when registering in the past and click Continue.

    • If necessary, the email can be updated later.

  2. The YMCA Registration Portal will attempt to find your existing registration. If it finds that you have previously registered with the YMCA, click Reset my password. Follow the instructions to finish setting up the account.

  3. If we cannot find your login, click Create My Account. Follow the instructions on the screen.

    • Further instructions are sent via email to finish creating the account. It can take 24-48 hours to receive this email.

  4. The email has a link to set your password and a link to your team’s homepage. Click the link to set a password.

    • Bookmark or save the web address for future use.

Account Login

  1. Once on the website, enter the login email address and password to access the team's website and click Sign In.

  2. If you do not remember your login, follow the reset password instructions.

    • If you do not have a login or need help, please contact your team’s website Administrator.

  3. After logging in, the YMCA Registration Portal homepage opens.

  4. Choose to continue registering yourself or someone else as a coach, register the team, or submit a meet-sanction request.
