Customers find additional functionality under the YMCA Admin tab in the Coaches tab and the Meet Sanctions tab, where you can communicate, export data, and create or transition Members into YMCA coaches.

Communication Suite

You can communicate with a coach using SMS or Email directly by clicking YMCA Admin > Coaches. Coaches must have a valid email address and a verified SMS number to communicate successfully.

SMS Communication

  1. In the side menu, click YMCA Admin > Coaches tab.

  2. Click the coach's name.

  3. Enter the SMS Number and Carrier.

  4. Click Save.

  5. To verify the number, select a coach and click Communication > Request SMS Verification.

  6. Once verified, navigate to the Coaches Tab and select the coach(es) to communicate with.

  7. Click the Communication button > Send SMS.

  8. Fill out the form with your desired SMS message and click Send.

Email Communication

  1. Navigate to the Coaches tab.

  2. Select the coach(es) to communicate with.

  3. Click Communication > Send New Email.

  4. Fill out the email form.

  5. When finished, click Send.

Exporting YMCA Data

The YMCA Admin reports function similarly to the reports in the Account/Member Admin area and can be customized to export the data into an Excel (.xlsx) format.

  1. Navigate to YMCA Admin > Coaches tab or Meet Sanctions tab.

  2. Select the coaches or meet sanctions to export data for and click Export > Custom Excel Export.

  3. A pop-up screen prompts you to select the information to export.

  4. To export all fields, click Select All before creating the report.

  5. When finished, click Create Report.

    • A Custom Excel (.xlsx) file is downloaded.
