Since August 2023, USA Swimming has offered all returning members a new Bulk Renewal Registration workflow. The Opt-In timeframe for USA Swimming's Bulk Renewal Process is early August 2023.
All Renewals and Annual Registration steps will occur starting in September of 2023. If you/your club will participate in the Bulk Renewal Process for USA Swimming, opting in within the designated timeframe is essential.
Items to Remember While Using Bulk Renewal:
As a club, you must collect any/all associated fees for annual USA Swimming costs. Your club would then assess these fees throughout the Bulk Renewal process in total.
As a club, your registrant information will still link to the USA Swimming Online Member Registration (OMR) portal/club portal if you TeamUnify or SportsEngine Motion have listed/connected as a Vendor.
As a club, any new/non-returning athletes who register for your club must follow the USA Swimming OMR steps within the portal.
