Depending on your organization settings, you can make a partial payment, a full balance payment, or a prepay for a future charge when making on-demand payments from the app. There are three convenient places to make a payment.

Open the Mobile app and sign in to your account.
Tap the hamburger icon > My Account from the top left corner.
Beneath your balance, tap Make a Payment.
If desired, edit the title from the Make Payment Summary and add any notes to the description.
Tap Process Payment.
Select a saved credit card or add a new one.
If an ACH account is set up, you can use it to make payments.
Tap Process Payment again to confirm. You will receive an email confirmation of your payment.
If you are not receiving email confirmations, contact the organization so an admin can set up billing notifications.
Click Done.
