How To Check if an Account is Synced to a SportsEngine Account

Check an account's status from the Account Manager Admin Section.

  1. Click Org Tools > Accounts from the left navigation menu.

  2. Search for the account you'd like to check.

  3. Click the account.

  4. Within Account Information, the status will display “Connected” or “Not Connected” under SE Account Connected.

  5. To trigger the connection, click Email Login Instructions > Click Again to Confirm.

    • The account will receive an email with instructions.
