How To Delete a Charge

A charge can only be deleted if no payments or credits have been applied. If the charge has had payments or credits applied or is a late fee, you will be unable to delete the charge.

  1. Click Billing Tools > Billing Manager from the left navigation menu.

  2. Search for and click on the account name.

  3. Click on the Title of the charge to delete.

  4. Click Delete.

  5. To confirm, click Delete.
