To avoid losing your work, use a word processing program and copy and paste your content into the text editor. This page times out after 10 minutes.

  1. Click Org Tools > Email Center from the left navigation menu.

  2. Click Email Message.

  3. Using Option 1: Email Groups/Billing Groups/Individual Active Accounts, click Select All under the groups you'd like to send the message to.

  4. Enter the fields as required.

  5. If desired, upload attachments.

  6. Click Email NOW to send.
