NOTE: Alternate email accounts receive all non-billing communications except password reset emails.
From the left navigation menu, click Org Tools > Accounts.
Select the Account(s) you would like to communicate with.
Click Communicate > Email/SMS/Push Custom Message.
Check the email box.
Click Create Message.
Fill out the form as desired, with a subject, additional recipients, attachments, and the message.
When satisfied, click Send Message.
