How to Send SMS Text to Accounts

You must have Admin - Email/Print/Calendar or above access to send SMS to accounts.

NOTE: Only accounts with verified Mobile/SMS numbers will receive texts.

  1. Click Org Tools > Accounts in the side menu.

  2. Click Customize Filters.

  3. Click the Has Valid SMS dropdown and select Yes.

  4. Click Apply.

  5. Select the account(s) to text.

    • If you do not see the desired account(s), they do not have a verified number.

  6. Click Communicate > Email/SMS/Push Custom Message.

  7. Check the SMS box and click Create Message.

  8. Enter the message.

  9. When finished, click Send Message.
