How to Help Add/Verify an Account/Member's Mobile/SMS Number

  1. Click Org Tools > Account or Member in the left-hand navigation menu.

    • Choose Members if the mobile number belongs to an Athlete.

  2. Search for and click the name of the account/member.

  3. Fill in the cell number in the Mobile/SMS field.

  4. Click Verify Mobile.

  5. Read and acknowledge the verification text and click Send Mobile Verification.

    • A verification text is sent to the mobile number.

    • Verifications expire after 24 hours.

  6. Have the Account/Member check their mobile device for a text.

    • Some cell carriers can take a while to deliver the message.

  7. Have the Account/Member open the text and reply YES to consent to text notifications or open the verification link to verify.

    • Users can opt out by texting STOP.

If members are not receiving notifications, they must review their text messages and text START to resubscribe.
