You must have Admin Level - Super User access to verify a mobile number.
Click Org Tools > Account or Member in the left-hand navigation menu.
Choose Members if the mobile number belongs to an Athlete.
Search for and click the name of the account/member.
Fill in the cell number in the Mobile/SMS field.
Click Verify Mobile.
Read and acknowledge the verification text and click Send Mobile Verification.
A verification text is sent to the mobile number.
Verifications expire after 24 hours.
Have the Account/Member check their mobile device for a text.
Note that some cell carriers can take a while to deliver the message.
Have the Account/Member open the text and reply YES to consent to text notifications or open the verification link to verify.
Users can opt-out by texting STOP.
