Click Org Tools > Account or Member in the left-hand navigation menu.
Choose Members if the mobile number belongs to an Athlete.
Search for and click the name of the account/member.
Fill in the cell number in the Mobile/SMS field.
Click Verify Mobile.
Read and acknowledge the verification text and click Send Mobile Verification.
A verification text is sent to the mobile number.
Verifications expire after 24 hours.
Have the Account/Member check their mobile device for a text.
Some cell carriers can take a while to deliver the message.
Have the Account/Member open the text and reply YES to consent to text notifications or open the verification link to verify.
Users can opt out by texting STOP.
If members are not receiving notifications, they must review their text messages and text START to resubscribe.
