The annual registration fee is charged annually from the account's registration date.
Annual registration fees are not charged automatically for those in recurring classes. These accounts must re-register for another class to be charged the annual registration fee again a year from the new registration date.
How to Create an Annual Registration Fee
From the left navigation menu, click Classes > Class Admin.
From the top menu, click Settings.
Scroll down for the options Annual Registration Fee (Per Family) or Annual Registration Fee (Per Athlete), and slide the button to YES.
Enter the amount, charge category, and whether you want to hide the annual family reg fee note.
When finished, click Save.
How to Add the Fee to the Sub-Program
From the left-hand navigation menu, click Classes > Class Admin > Settings > Sub-Program.
Either choose the green +Sub Program button in the top right corner to create a new one OR click on the blue "Sub Program Name" to edit.
To the right of the *Annual Registration Fee (Per Family) *or *Annual Registration Fee (Per Athlete)*, slide the button to YES.
Click Save.
Helpful Tip: Both charges will occur if both are selected to YES.
