How to Add Time Standards

You must have Admin Level - Webmaster access to add time standards.

  1. Click Events & Competition > Time Standards Setup from the left navigation menu.

  2. Click the Add New button

  3. Fill in the fields.

    • Standard Name

    • Year

    • Description (optional)

  4. If you want to enter items manually, click Enter Standard Items. Otherwise, skip to step 5.

    • Check the boxes of the desired Courses.

    • Under Time Standard Designators, click Add.

      • Enter the Designator Name for each (i.e., A, AA, B, BB, etc.) and press Enter or click Submit & Add More.

      • When you have entered them all, click Close.

    • Under Gender/Age Group/ Distance/Stroke/I-R, click Add.

      • Select the Gender, Competitive Category (US) or Eligibility Category (UK), Age Group, Distance, Stroke, and Individual/Relay.

      • Click Submit & Add More.

      • When you have entered them all, click Close.

  5. To pick an existing standard and clone the template (not the times), click Clone Items from existing Standard.

  6. When finished, click Save Changes > OK to confirm.

  7. You are dropped on the Time Standard Setup Screen and can enter the times for each designator.

  8. Click the Standard you just added or cloned.

  9. Click the Edit Times for SCY, Edit Times for SCM, or Edit Times for LCM button (you must scroll down if you have multiple courses).

  10. Enter the time standard(s) for each designator in HH:MM:SS.hs.

  11. When finished, click Save Changes.
