Permissions are required to add time standards. Click here to learn how to view your permissions.
Click Events & Competition > Time Standards Setup from the left navigation menu.
Click the Add Time Standard.
Enter the Standard Name, Year, and Description.
If you want to enter items manually, click Enter Standard Items manually. Otherwise, skip to step 5.
Check the boxes for the desired Courses.
Next to Designators, click the + icon.
Enter the Designator Name for each (i.e., A, AA, B, BB, etc.) and click the green icon to save.
Once complete, click Close.
Next to Standard Items, click the + icon.
Select the Gender, Age Group, Distance, Stroke, and Individual/Relay.
Click Add.
Once complete, click Close.
To select an existing standard and clone the template, click Clone Items from existing Time Standard.
Select a standard to clone from the dropdown.
Click Save.
You are dropped on the Time Standard Setup Screen and can enter the times for each designator.
Click the Standard you just added or cloned.
Select SCY, SCM, or LCM > Edit Times.
Enter the time standard(s) for each designator in HH:MM:SS.hs.
When finished, click Save Times.
