Click Business Tools > Billing Manager from the left navigation menu.
Click Billing Setup.
Click Tax Rates.
Click Add New.
Fill out the information.
Click Save.
Click Point of Sale > Setup from the left navigation menu.
In the upper left-hand corner, select the desired tax rate.
The sales tax rate will update automatically.
