How to Collect Swim England Registration Fees During Online Registration

You must have Admin Level - SuperUser access to set up Swim England fees on a registration.

You can define Swim England Registration fees and have them automatically be charged during online registration.

How to Setup Swim England Fees

  1. In the side menu, click Business Tools > Billing Setup.

  2. If you need to add a chart of account for the SE fee, do that on the CoA Setup tab.

  3. Click the Fees Setup tab.

  4. Enter the fee for each SwimEngland Category and select the Chart of Account.

  5. Uncheck Do Not Charge in Registration if you want to charge the Swim England fees during registration instead.

  6. Click Save Changes.

How to Require SwimEngland Information in the Online Registration

  1. In the side menu, click Org Tools > Registration Admin.

  2. Click the registration title to edit.

  3. Click the Fees Setup tab.

  4. Click Select under "Registration Groups for Member to Select."

  5. Either click Add New or click an existing registration group name.

  6. Set the Swim England Registration Required drop-down to Yes.

  7. Fill in the Description if needed.

  8. Click Save Changes.

  9. Click Next >> in the lower right.

  10. Click Save Changes.

During registration, when a registrant selects a group with Swim England Registration Required set to Yes, the following will show up for them to complete (this will apply to all members registered to a group with this feature turned on).

How to View or Mark Swim England Registration Fees as Paid

  1. Go to Swim England Registration.

  2. In the side menu, click Org Tools > SwimEngland Registration.

  3. If needed, click Customize Columns, add the ASA Amount Charged and ASA Inv Gen Date columns, and then click Done. Create a Saved View so you can quickly pull up the view in the future.

  4. You will now see the dates and amounts paid by those who have paid them.

  5. If you need to mark Members as paid and not just view them, select the Members who have paid their fees.

  6. Click Edit > Mark As Paid.

  7. Enter the date they paid the fee and click Save.
