About Class Inactive Dates

  • This field is system-generated and cannot be edited by a user.

  • The date populates based on the last day a member was active in any class. It is the last date they were eligible to be in a class based on their slot OR the drop date they had for the class.

  • If they are only active in one class and cancel that registration, the date of the cancellation appears in the Class Inactive Date field.

  • The field is left blank if a member is active in any class, including future active classes that have not yet started.
