Deleting an Account
From the left navigation menu, click Org Tools > Accounts.
Select desired account(s).
Click Edit > Delete.
Click Delete to confirm.
Undeleting an Account
From the left navigation menu, click Org Tools > Accounts.
Click Customize Filters.
Scroll down to Include Deleted Records? and select Yes - all records > Apply.
Find and select the accounts you wish to undelete.
Click Edit > Undelete.
Click Undelete to confirm.
Deleting a Member
From the left navigation menu, click Org Tools > Members.
Select one or many members.
Click Edit > Delete.
Click Delete to confirm.
Undeleting a Member
From the left navigation menu, click Org Tools > Members.
Click Customize Filters.
Scroll to Include Deleted Records? and select Yes - All Records on the left.
Click Apply.
Find and select the members you wish to undelete.
Click Edit > Undelete.
Click Undelete to confirm.
