When a swimmer should have times but no times are displaying, or is showing as not registered when it is, troubleshoot the issues by:

Click Org Tools &gt; USA Swimming Roster on the left navigation menu.

If your swimmer is showing here but needs to show as registered in the USA Swimming Registration or having NT times, unlink the member on the USAS Roster.

- NOTE: This will show unlinked if USA Swimming differs in name and date of birth.

If your swimmer is not showing on the USA Swimming Roster page, navigate to USA Swimming to resync the roster.
