In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger icon to open the navigation panel.
Tap Social Feed.
Tap Share something with your team...
In the lower right corner, tap the + icon.
Tap Video.
From here, you may:
Tap Choose from Library to select a video you recorded with another app.
Tap Take Video.
Tap Import from Video Producer.
Once you've selected or recorded your video, tap Done.
Tap Post to share.
