In the upper left corner, tap the hamburger icon to open the navigation panel.
Tap Social Feed.
Tap Share something with your team...
In the lower right corner, tap the + icon.
Tap Practice.
Select the day your practice is being held.
Tap the practice you'd like to add to the post.
When finished, tap Done.
Tap Post to share.
