- Click Org Tools > Accounts/Members in the left navigation panel. 
- Use a saved view or filters/columns to filter for the necessary information. 
- Select the accounts/members to be included in this report. 
- Click Export > Custom Excel Export. 
- Use the search to find other columns to include quickly, then select or deselect as applicable. - All columns in your view will be selected. 
- For a successful import with AAU, you must select first and last name, gender, birthday, phone, city, zip, email, address, address 2, and State. 
 
- Click Create Report. 
- The .xlsx file automatically downloads to your device.
