If you do not currently have a Google Analytics account, click here to learn how to create an account and set it up.
If you currently have a Universal Analytics (UA) account and need to switch to Google Analytics 4, click here.
Once your Analytics account is set up, find your Google tag ID by following the instructions below:
Sign in to your Google Analytics Account.
Click Admin.
At the top of the Property column, select your property.
In the Property column, click Data Streams.
Click the desired "Data Stream."
At the bottom of the Web Stream Details page, click the Google Tags section.
Click Configure Tag Settings.
On the Google Tag page, in the Your Google Tag section, copy the ID that starts with "G-."
To add the Google Tag to your website:
Navigate to your site and Sign In.
From the left navigation menu, click Website Design.
At the top, click General Settings.
Paste the copied Google Tag into the Account ID field at the bottom left.
Click Save.
