How to Set Roster/Squad Admins Privacy Settings

You must have Admin Level - Superuser access to set roster/squad admins privacy settings.

To comply with GDPR, you can assign admins to certain squads/rosters and locations. Then, they can view certain data for only their assigned squads/rosters. If they view restricted data for which they are not a roster/squad admin, it will show as (Hidden).

  1. In the side menu, click Org Tools > Privacy Settings

  2. In the Squad Assignment (UK) or Roster Assignment tab, you will see Email/Print/Calendar or Webmaster levels admins.

  3. Click an admin's name.

  4. Below the admin list, select the Squads/Rosters they belong to and click Update.

  5. Do the same for their Locations.

  6. Repeat for each remaining admin.
