This feature is useful if you need to pause payments on a registration for a member (or members) for a period of time without completely removing their registration information. This allows you to re-activate a member’s registration if desired.
Canceling Registration(s)
Canceling a registration effectively de-activates it, which pauses payments. You can cancel a single registration or multiple registrations at once.
How to Cancel a Single Registration:
From the navigation menu, click Classes > Class Admin.
Next to the class, click the Gear Icon, then the Registrations tab.
To the right of the member, under the Actions column, click the X icon.
Click Cancel Registration to confirm.

How to Cancel Multiple Registrations:
From the navigation menu, click Classes > Class Admin.
Next to the class, click the Gear Icon, then the Registrations tab.
Select the members you wish to cancel.
Click the Actions dropdown, and click Cancel Reg.
Click Cancel Registration to confirm.
Re-Enrolling Member(s)
You can re-enroll to re-activate a member's registration to pick up from that point on without changing registration information. Members can re-register if they need to update their registration information.
How to Re-Enroll a Single Member:
From the navigation menu, click Classes > Class Admin.
Next to the class, click the Gear Icon > Registrations.
In the Status Dropdown, filter to inactive registrations.
Next to the member you wish to re-enroll, click the refresh icon.
Click Re-enroll to confirm.
