You can create a Facebook Business Page without having a personal profile, but you lose out on some engagement abilities. You are restricted to posting to your business page and creating ads. You will need a personal profile to comment on posts outside of your page, get tagged in posts, etc..
Open www.facebook.com.
If you do not have an account, you must create one, even if you are not making a personal Facebook profile.
In the left navigation menu, click Pages.
On the new page that loads, click Create New Page.
Enter your business page's name, category, address, and description(optional).
Click Create Page.
Upload a Profile Picture and Cover Photo for your page.
Profile photos should be 170 X 170 px
Cover Photos should be 820 width X 312 height px
Click Save.
Scroll down to the About section of your page and click Edit Page Info to add more information to your page. The more information and content you include in this area of your page, the more likely your page will show up in search results.
