Permissions are required to import meet results. Click here to learn how to view your permissions.
When importing .cl2 (MeetManager) or .sd3 (like TouchPad) files into the system, even from within a zip file. Keep in mind the following:
Your athletes MUST have a swimmer ID in for their results to import. Blank IDs will not be imported.
Results under your team code are imported, but swimmer and profile IDs must match. If needed, this can be fixed later with the merge ID feature.
Only meet results with your Team Code, and unattached codes will import unless you check the Import results based on the active athlete IDs checkbox.
Click Events & Competition > Meet Results from the left navigation menu.
Click the Results By Meets tab.
Click the Import Meet Results for my Team button.
Click Choose File.
Navigate to find and select/open the meet results zip file, .cl2 file, or the .sd3 file.
Select any additional options (hover over the question marks for additional info).
Update records if new records found — All team records will update if new.
Update meet entries with new best times — Team records update with new bests.
Import results based on active athlete IDs — This is only necessary if any athletes' results are from swimming in a non-team meet where the team code is different, such as zone meets or high school meets.
Click the Upload the File NOW! button.
They will appear in your Results By Meets tab after uploading.
