Athletes entered from the deck are committed to the entry file, allowing them to be timed in the race and making their results accessible on the committed athlete's screen so they can be billed for their entry.
If you don't want to charge for those then you'll need to do the following:
On your site, from the left navigation menu, click Events & Competition > Events.
Click the Edit Commitment button.
Click the Committed Athletes tab.
Find the athletes.
Place a checkmark to the left of their events.
Tap clear to make them 'unapproved'. This step will stop billing from occurring.
Under Export, click the Generate Entry Files link.
Save the Excel spreadsheet in step 3 by right-clicking the link and saving it to your computer.
